We ship most orders within 3-5 business days via UPS Ground or USPS. If you would like your order expedited just let us know and we will help you choose the most economical option. If you need your order by a certain date please state that on the message section at checkout.
We do ship internationally. If your country isn’t listed on our site, please let us know and we will fix it.
RETURNS AND WARRANTY:
Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship during normal use and care. We will repair or replace a product if there is a defect in materials or manufacturing.
To protect the health and safety of our customers our sleeping bags, pads, and liners are not returnable once used. If you receive your order and something doesn’t work for you, call us and let us know. You can return it unused within two weeks of receiving. 828-450-6321
